Our Guide to Cornwall.

Cornwall is renowned for its incredible beaches, picturesque harbour villages, pasties, cream teas and some of the finest seafood in the country. Here are a few of our recommendations for things to get up to whilst you are staying with us.

We have the Camel Estuary on our doorstep with an unmissable selection of watersports and adventures available. Our closest beaches are Rock, Daymer and Polzeath that provide some excellent surfing and coastline walks.

The Point at Polzeath – Health Club

As a hotel resident you receive passes to The Point health club. There is a gym with cardio and resistance machines plus free-weights up to 40kgs; a studio containing pump bars, TRX, kettlebells, aerobic balls and more; a 16-bike spinning studio which is also available to use outside of the spinning class times; an 18m pool heated to 30°C; a Jacuzzi pool heated to 39°C; a traditional wooden sauna; a eucalyptus infused steam room, plus 2 outdoor tennis courts and Padel Tennis courts.

Trevose Golf Club – 16 miles

Trevose Golf & Country Club boasts 36 glorious golf holes which includes an 18 hole championship course and two fantastic nine hole loops, Throughout every round at Trevose, guests are provided with stunning views of the rugged coastline which can provide as much of a distraction as they can inspiration.

St Enodoc Golf Club – 0.1 miles

St Enodoc is home to one of the finest links courses in the South West of England with many top events being held on it's fairways over the years. Much of the course over looks the Estuary with the Padstow in the distance. St Enodoc boasts two full 18-hole layouts with the main course (The Church Course) having golfing history that can be traced back to 1888.
